At Cross Creek at Lee’s Summit, our Chef and Dietary Manager Galen Cloughly specializes in creating balanced meals that residents enjoy.
In order to do this, Galen creates new menus every week based on the highest nutrition standards and resident preferences. Because he is engaging with residents at each mealtime, Galen is able to ask for their feedback and give them the best dining experience possible.
Cross Creek’s dining program is special because every menu is approved by a nutritionist before it is finalized. We also can create personalized menus based on diet restrictions, and all of our meals and snacks are included in residents’ base rent price. Not only do residents love mealtime because of the delicious food, but they also love congregating with their neighbors while they enjoy their meal.
